Our teaching pillars
All MJS training processes are built on five pillars.
Tolerance for frustration
Not everything will go as we expect. Having alternatives, learning from mistakes and rebuilding the path develops resilience.
Management
A good idea can find allies, resources and people willing to help when we know how to organize, communicate and manage it.
Proactivity
Don't always wait to be told what to do. Acting, proposing and anticipating keeps opportunities from going to others.
Empowerment
Whether or not you are paid for it, do it well. Confidence, discipline, responsibility and leadership of your own life.
Delegating
If you want to do everything, first understand that you can't. Delegating is trusting and working as a team.
