LISTEN TO US

How we understand leadership, what we are doing, and the knowledge we put at the service of citizens.

Three ways to lead

  • Our political leadership

Reading the territory, understanding how public decisions are made and taking part critically and responsibly. Hands-on training: we don't tell young people what to think, we give them tools to build their own judgment.

  • Our social leadership

Recognizing a need and turning an idea into action. Young people move from being beneficiaries to being protagonists. Sometimes change starts with a conversation or an activity for children.

  • Our transformative leadership

For those who don't want a political or social role but do want to contribute: with time, an idea, a hand or a voice. Here live our “purposeful free time” and the MJS Armador Theory.
